    The first thing we must do for this case is to find the height of the balloon from the top of the building.

    We have then:

    tan (76) = h / 354

    h = 354 * tan (76)

    h = 1419.81645

    Then, the height from the ground is:

    1419.81645 + 95 = 1514.81645

    Rounding off we have:

    1514.82 feet

    Answer:

    The height of the hot air balloon is:

    1514.82 feet
