Margaret wants to call her friend overseas. There is a connection fee of $2 and a charge of $1.50 per minute. So the cost of the call is 2 + 1.5t dollars for t minutes.

    Yes, because you take your connection fee which is $2 and since there is nothing that will change that you add the $2 to the cost per minute which is $1.50 per minute so you multiply the number of minutes (T) times $1.50 then add your $2
