    Interestingly the maximum power transfer theorem simply implies that if the value of load resistance is equal to the value of the source resistance we would obtain a situation where the power transferthat the load will be of maximum value.

    Remember that It is only when the load resistance is equal to the source that we can achieve maximum power transfer. Note also that resistance here refers to the degree to which a circuit prevents the floor of electricity through it.
