A 5-kg brick sliding on an ice covered pond has a kinetic energy of 16 Joules. a box of identical mass but half the speed is sliding on the same ice. How many Joules of kinetic energy does the brick have?

    It would have 8 joules because if the box is going half the speed with the same mass the you would just divide the joules in half
