    There is a formula that relates current, voltage and power and it's the following:

    Power = voltage x current

    (in watts) (volts) (amps)

    The exercise already gave us the voltage, which is 240, and the current, which is 3 amps.

    Power = 240 x 3

    Power = 720 watts
