    Is like a positive and negative just like you played with magnets opposites attract

    The positive version of that on an electron 1.6x10^-19 coulombs (which may seem small, but then there's a lot of them ...)

    e - = - 1.6x10^-19

    p + = + 1.6x10^-19

    proton is very much more massive than an electron.
