    Explanation:

    Given that

    diameter, d = 66 cm

    radius, r = 33 cm

    Angular speed of the wheel,ω = 55 rad/s

    lets take linear speed of the wheel = v m/s

    We know that for condition for rolling without sliding

    v = ω r

    Now by putting the values

    v = ω r

    v = 55 x 0.33 m/s (100 cm = 0.01 m)

    v = 18.15 m/s

    So the linear speed of the car will be 18.15 m/s
