Where on earth is the tilt of the axis least likely to affect the seasons? why?

    The place where the tilt of the earth will not affect the season are in the poles of the earth, the north pole and south pole. this is because in this area the tilt is negligible because earth is a spheroid, almost flat at the surface. that is why degree of tilt does not change the cold climate in the poles
