Setting up a circuit training program would not be a beneficial. Why do you think so?

    Circuit training is a training where, in rapid succession, a person performs multiple different exercises with little or no rest among them.

    Increased risk of injury.

    A person generally performs eight to 10 different exercises in circuit training.

    Because an exercise switches between different movements and intensities, a range of exercises will increase the possibility for injury.

    Additional room, preparation and facilities.

    In your gym, the quality of room and facilities will be a factor in deciding that activities will include your training.

    Nonetheless, taking a group fitness circuit class can solve this problem.

    Most gyms offer circuit courses where all the installation and training are performed by the instructor.
