    vf=8.6 m/s

    Explanation:

    Given that

    Initial speed u = 7 m/s

    acceleration, a = 0.8 m/s²

    time interval, t = 2 s

    The final speed = v

    We know

    v = u + a t

    vf=final speed

    u=initial speed

    a = acceleration

    t=time

    Now by putting the values

    vf = 7 + 0.8 x 2 m/s

    vf = 7 + 1.6 m/s

    vf=8.6 m/s

    Therefore the final speed vf = 8.6 m/s.
