    Kinetic energy of any moving object = (1/2) (mass) (speed) ²

    Jaylen's KE = (1/2) (54.6 kg) (15.1 m/s) ²

    KE = (27.3 kg) (228.01 m²/s²)

    KE = 6,224.7 kg-m²/s²

    KE = 6,224.7 Joules

    That may sound like a lot of KE. But Jaylen's speed of 15.1 m/s is almost 50% faster than Usain Bolt's average speed for his world's record in the 100 meters, so you'd naturally expect amazingness from Jaylen.
