    The wheel has turned θ = 4.84 rad when its angular speed is ωf = 2.1 rad/s

    Explanation:

    ωi = 3.4 rad/s

    ωf = 2.1 rad/s

    α = - 0.736 rad/s²

    ωf = ωi - α*t

    (ωf-ωi) / α=t

    t = 1.76 s

    θ = ωi * t - α * t²/2

    θ = 4.84 rad
