    The answer would be they both have the same energy. The milk and the refried beans begin with the same amount of gravitational potential energy. Since mechanical energy is preserved in this experiment, both the refried beans and milk need to have the same amount of energy at the end of the ramp too, but it may be allocated contrarily between translational and rotational kinetic energy.
