    We know that:

    EM=Ek+Epg

    SO:

    Ek=1/2mv²

    Ek=1/2 (1800kg) (20m/s) ²

    Ek=360000J

    Now:

    Epg=mgh

    Epg = (1800kg) (9,81m/s²) (5m)

    Epg=88290J

    We sum:

    EM=360000J+88290J

    EM=448290J
