What is the force between two balloons with a negative charge of 1.6 x 10^-10C if the balloons are 5.0 cm apart

    F = (K * q1*q2) / r^2

    F: Force (newtons)

    K: Constant = 9 x10^9

    q1: Charge 1, absolute value (coulombs)

    q2: Charge 2, absolute value (coulombs)

    r: radius from center of objects (meters)

    F = (9x10^9) * (1.6x10^-10) (1.6x10^-10) / (0.05^ ...

    F = 9216 x10-8 N

    This is a repelling force due to having the same charge. Same charge will repel, different will attract
