    You would accept both A and D as being true. Both groups might be paid a small stipend for giving their testimonials but the amount would be to cover their time and travelling. They may not even be offered that.

    You'd also accept C. Numbers, unless they are manipulated, generally don't lie.

    B is the answer, but how would you know? How could you tell you were dealing with paid actors. However B is the answer.
