All of the following can be natural sources of water pollution.

    - Volcanic activity could toss ash all over a continent and pollute major water resources. There are world ending volcanoes on earth just waiting for the right moment to hit the reset button on Earth, happened before ... bound to happen again

    - Earthquakes could damage a lot of things like fuel tanks or water towers or anything that could spill and pollute water.

    - Algae blooms could make water un drinkable due to diseases that could come up in algae and they could make even animals sick.
