    acceleration is 4.92 m/s²

    Explanation:

    given data

    force F = 290 N

    angle = 40.9°

    kinetic friction μ = 0.184

    mass m = 44.5 kg

    to find out

    acceleration a

    solution

    we get here force equation that is

    Fsinθ = Normal force ... a

    290 sin40.9 = Normal force

    Normal force = 189.87 N

    and

    Fcosθ - μ = m*a ... b

    put here all value

    290 cos40.9 - 0.184 = 44.5 a

    a = 4.92

    so acceleration is 4.92 m/s²
