    Power factor (PF) = Average power (kW) / Apparent power (kVA)

    From the information given;

    0.79 = Average power/28

    Average power = 28*0.79 = 22.12 kW

    Reactive power (kVAR) = Sqrt (Apparent power^2 - Average power^2) = 9Sqrt (28^2 - 22.12^2) = 17.17 kVAR

    Answers: 22.12 kW, 17.17 kVAR
