    1.88 meters

    Explanation:

    Potential energy = Mgh

    Where m = mass

    g = acceleration due to gravity

    h = height

    Given PE = 1170J

    M = 63.4kg

    g = 9.8m/s^2

    h = ?

    Therefore

    1170 = 63.4 x 9.8 x h

    1170 = 621.32 x h

    Divide both sides by 621.32

    1170/621.32 = 621.32 x

    h / 621.32

    1.88 = h

    h = 1.88 meters
