That's not an "either - or" question, although a lot of intellectually-challenged
people think it must be one, or try to make it one because then it'll be easier
to understand it.
Evolution is a fact. There's no question about that.
But how the laws of chemistry, physics, and biology that cause evolution
were created can't be answered.
