In one year, a large tree can remove from the air the same amount of carbon dioxide produced by a car travelling 500 miles. If New York City contains approximately 600,000 trees, how many miles of a car traffic can trees clean in a year?

    I am so sure it's 600,000 x 500 so you get 300,000,000
