Can a car with a mass of 1,700 kg have the same momentum (or more) as a tractor trailer that has a mass of 22,000 kg and is moving at 5 m/s?

    I'm not entirely sure but, I believe the answer is: No, A car cannot have the same momentum as the heavier tractor trailer would have more momentum.
