    make ω the subject of the equation

    ω = √ (a/r) ... Equation 2

    Given: r = 6.5 m, a = 1.55*9.8 = 13.23 m/s²

    substitute into equation 2

    ω = √ (13.23/6.5)

    ω = √2.035

    ω = 1.43 rad/s = (1.43*60) rad/min = 85.8 rad/min
