    Work done = force applied in the direction of work*distance the object moves in direction of force

    In this case, even though force of 200 N is applied, the attempt to move car is unsuccessful, such that the object does not move. hence distance moved is 0 m. Therefore, work done = 200*0=0. Hence no work is done
