Who revised Wegener's theory by adding the convection currents under the Earth as the cause for the movement?

    Although Alfred Wegener was considered as the "Father of the Plate Tectonics Theory", his theory was furthermore revised by Arthur Holmes. It was this scientist who suggested that the plate motions could be subjected from convection currents on the mantle. These convection currents would lead to the formation of different landforms.
