What are the physical properties of the wax in a burning candle

    The wax is yellow/brownish and solid. While the candle is burning the wax is melting which means that it's physical property of being solid changes into the physical property of being liquid.

    A wax in a candle can be scented or unscented. It goes from a solid to a liquid, thus dispersing the scent.
