    Familial hypercholesterolemia is known as a genetic disorder. Defect on chromosome number 19, causes this disease. In this condition body not able to remove LDL from blood, this results low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels very high in blood.

    In an autosomal dominant manner this disorder passed down through families, which is begins from birth, and can cause early age heart attacks.
