    Making ΔT the subject of the equation,

    ΔT = Q/cm ... Equation 2

    Given: Q = 98 J, c = 0.128 J/g.°C, m = 11 g.

    Substituting into equation 2

    ΔT = 98 / (0.128*11)

    ΔT = 98/1.408

    ΔT = 69.60 °C

    Hence the temperature change = 69.60 °C
