    The winds at the two stations are blowing from opposite directions. As one moves from one station to another, the effect of the two blowing winds cancels each other. This cancellation is in such a way that, if the magnitude of the two winds is equal, the effect at the center of the two weather stations is zero. In other words, at the center of two stations, there is a region of the lowest pressure.

    Therefore, statement b. is true about the two stations.
