    A. charged polarization

    Explanation:

When balloon is rubbed against your hair then due to friction between the hair and the balloon the charge is transferred from hair to balloon

due to loss of charge our hair get positively charged and balloon got negative charge

So here in that case when put the balloon near the wall then it will induce opposite charge on the near surface of the wall

this opposite charge on the surface of the wall will attract the balloon towards the wall and hence balloon get stick to the wall

this phenomenon of opposite charge induction in the wall is known as charged polarization

    so correct answer will be

    A. charged polarization
