Scrum is an agile methodology for project management and planning where projects are divided into cycles, usually monthly, called Sprints. Sprins, in turn, represents a Time Box within which a set of interactive activities should be performed.

If Frank is the Scrum Master, his role is to ensure that the two members of his team do not overly commit to what they are capable of performing during a Sprint. That is, he should act as a facilitator in the Daily Scrum and become responsible for removing any obstacles that may be raised by the team during those meetings.
