unlimited government in the section? How did each type of

government affect its citizens?

2. What type of government are you featuring in your manga? What

is your opinion of this type of government?

3. What kind of characters do you want to use in your cartoon to get

across your opinion? (You can use human and/or animal characters.)

4. A symbol is something that represents something else, like an idea.

For example, a rabbit can be used as a symbol to represent a fast

Internet connection. What symbol (s) do you want to use in your

cartoon? What will the symbol (s) represent?

5. Manga cartoons often exaggerate the features of their characters,

for example, ears or hands, to show emotions. What do you think

would be an effective way to exaggerate your characters?
