Short sleepers can function well on 6 hours of sleep or less. These people are able to function just as well as people who get more hours of sleep. This condition only affects a small percentage of people and is even linked to genetics. These types of sleepers do not suffer from exhaustion or fatigue due to the low hours of sleep.
