    I believe the answer is: how learning factors are evoking the troublesome behavior.

    A behavioral therapist would focused his/her effort in changing the way the patient think/their perception about certain issues.

    They believe that by changing this way of thinking, the patient would realize the ineffectiveness of their troublesome behavior and started to make proper response for every problem that they face in their life.
