    I believe the answer is: B. Bias occurs when a writer intentionally omits info that weakens his or her argument

    By omiting the information that weaken the writer's argument, the writer could change the perspective of the reader without directly lying to them.

    This would prevent them from being sued for defamation since their actions mostly would be protected under the first amendment.
