Which type of consent must be used by the emt when seeking to treat a mentally competent adult?

    Mentally competent adult are treated by the EMT after having the consent which is called as Expressed Consent. It is a consent given in writing or by mouth directly and there is no scope for any assumption and imaginations. This is the consent that is signed in the hospital before giving the treatment.
