    The theory of deviance that is being describe of Brad's behavior is the theory of differential association. This explains why an individual progress or is motivated in committing a deviant behavior in which it is shown above why Brad is behaving that way for he is doing it for his needs. It is a way of motivating an individual in doing behaviors of a criminal.
