    Since they are two year old identical twins, (take note of TWO YEAR OLD) the probability of them being exposed to almost all kind of the same things is very high, their genetic makeup will be almost similar and expected behaviours.

    But of course in the long run, one may become more outspoken than the other. Hence the reason why one sings out loud and the other read silently.
