Kant's categorical imperative is known as:

"Act only according to that maxim whereby you can, at the same time, will that it should become a universal law"

In other words, and to be simpler: "Treat others the way you'd like to be treated".

Kant differentiates this categorical imperative from the hypothetical imperative. Because categorical imperative is determined by MORAL and hypothetical imperative as a desire.
