8 repetitions, 75% intensity, and rest for 60 seconds in between each exercise

    Answer: Option C

    Explanation:

There has been too much training done of the client in the last two weeks. Because of this he is feeling tired and fatigue. The schedule of the training should be changed so that he feels fresh and learns in a better way because tired body can not learn much.

The new schedule for the training should be repetitions should only be eight and not more than that. He should have an intensity of only 75% while he is working. And the time for resting should increase from 20 to 60 seconds in between each exercise.
