When a union is certified for a set of employees, the union turn out to be their exclusive bargaining agent. If the bargaining unit is well ahead decertified, the employer is obligatory to bargain in good faith to grasp a collective agreement. While collective bargaining means the process of negotiation between the employees and their employers.
