Both elimination disorders, enuresis and encopresis, are more common in boys than in girls. The disorder behavior of passing feces or urine into places different than the toilet, affects around 1.5 to 10% of children. Although, not a specific cipher is given of how many times this affects more in boys than girls, it is known that these affections are more common in boys.
