The sale does not affect Thompson's tenancy

    Explanation:

There are rules and regulation for tenants : The tenets could not have pets at the rent house The tenets should not play on the porch. If the owner selling the house and if the tenets have an agreement for a long period then it won't affect the tenets contract. The contract will shift to the new owner. Tenets could not afford or drink alcohol in a residential area.

Thus here Thompson rent an apartment under a two-year tear contract. The contract will transfer to the new owner. It won't affects Thompson tenancy.
