What does economic concessions mean?

    A concession is a right granted specifically to an entity (individual, company, organisation), which holds only for that entity and for the goods and time specified in the concession. An example of a concession is lease of land or infrastructure. The owner of the concession, that is the person or entity with that right can pay for the concession.
