In 2008, the national highway traffic safety administration reported that the number of pedestrian fatalitites in miami-dade county, florida, was 65 and that the number in hillsborough county, floriday, was 45. can we conclude that pedestrians are safer in hillsborough county?

    The answer to this statement is false. Just because there are only few number of fatalities that had occurred in hillsborough country than florida, it already means that it is much safer. What an individual should take note is the fact that there is still fatalities that happened in the area, therefore, it does not mean that it is much safer to live or reside there.
