Those who are in a lower Socio-economic status (SES) have lower health statuses and those in a higher SES have a higher health status. True or false?

    Explanation:

    Socio-economic status is the ranking of a person living in a society. Higher incomes tend to be related to higher SES of an individual while on the other hand person with lower income have lower SES. Socio-economic status is measured by level of education, income, profession and living style of an individual. Clearly individual with high income and resources concentrate more on their living style, health and both basic and luxurious needs. While the person with low income and resources compromise on issues like health, standard of living and other basic and luxurious needs. People with low income strive to fulfill their basic needs and have no potential to attain better living standards and health. Due to over work load they don't have time to focus on their health issues. So, the people with high SES have higher health status as compare to people with low SES.
