Simple failure in meet expectation does not lead to on duty abuse. Psychological abuse is very dangerous for a person when they feel ashamed in front of others it hurts them. They feel emotionally broken.

Psychological abuse lowers employee's self esteem, courage. They start to loss their mental peace which is harmful for mental health. Without a healthy environment one can not be a productive employee who will develop company's current economic situation.
