If the Supreme didn't have the power to interpret the Constitution, they wouldn't be able to explain Exactly what all of the rights mean, for example, if the supreme court couldn't interpret the constitution we wouldn't know exactly what it means to have freedom of speech or how woman have the right to vote. People wouldn't have even the slightest idea to what the Constitution means and what rights we have and our limitations on what we can and can't do. This could result in total chaos because people would take advantage of this and try to get over the law.
