Why for every Black American with a 140 IQ are there 2,600 Whites and 15,000 Ashkenazi Jews? (adjusted for population size) Isn't this IQ privilege, not "white privilege"? ... as Jews outperform Asians, who outperform Whites, who outperform Blacks in academics and income?

I would think it has to do with culture, economic class and access to education.
